Choose a Leader: Appoint someone (must be over 18) to administer the fundraiser and work with Anstine’s for a smooth and successful program.
Decide on Goals, Benchmarks & Premiums: Set fundraising goals and decide what it will take to meet them. Consider offering incentive premiums to top-sellers or to salespeople who reach pre-set benchmarks.
Set a Schedule: Hold an organizational meeting. Allow 7-10 days to collect orders, 7-10 days for Anstine’s to prepare your order, 2-4 days for sorting and distribution and 2-7 days for delivery and funds collection. Don’t forget to set a date for announcing your results and awarding premiums.
Distribute Forms, Collect & Tally Orders: Each salesperson should use an official order form to record their orders. Order forms should be delivered back to the Leader on a pre-set date. The Leader then tallies the bulk order and delivers it to Anstine’s. Download a sample order form.
Have a Sorting Party: When your Anstine’s Candy order is ready, you will need to sort out the bulk order into delivery packages for your salespeople. This can take some time and, as they say, many hands make light work. Have a sorting party with volunteers!
Deliver Candy & Collect Funds: Anstine’s will give your organization an additional 3% discount on delivery of the bulk order. Otherwise terms are Net 15.

Safety First! Stick to family and friends and neighbors you know. Children under 10 should be accompanied by an adult when selling door-to-door. It’s always a good idea to sell with a buddy, whatever your age.
